浙江宁波镇海农业实现集体商标零突破

近日，镇海九龙湖镇葡萄协会“九龙黄”商标被国家工商行政管理局批准注册为农产品集体商标，填补了该地区农业领域集体商标的空空白。“九龙凰”商标专用权期限自2010年2月28日至2020年2月27日。目前，九龙湖镇的葡萄种植面积已达3700亩，计划扩大到5000亩。
